Raising livestock is a great SAE project as well as a great experience. Raising an animal gives the students an opportunity to learn what responsibility is. This SAE teaches the students responsibility and teaches them about animal.  They have the option of choosing swine, lambs, cattle, goats, or small animals. For small animals they have the option of raising turkey, chickens, or rabbits.
